How to get to Bala:

• By Road, Bala is One Hour from Chester, Two Hours from B’ham NEC.
  Bala is only accessible by road (or Helicopter!) and is located on the A494 in North Wales, UK. Post Code LL23 7EL. Ride, Drive, Cycle or Walk!
  You need a Road Atlas and a Brain! You need to arrive between 5pm and 10pm.
• Coming from the North: Tip: Don’t go through Ruthin!
  M56, M53, A55, A483, A525, A5104, A5, A494 to Bala. It’s 15mins from A5.
• Coming from the South:
  M6, M54, A5, then if you’re feeling brave, left at Knockin to B4391 Mountain Pass,
  Or if you’re not: M6, M54, A5 all the way through Llangollen to A494 and Bala.
• Train Stations Nearest:
  Trains to Wrexham (Ruabon) 30 miles or Barmouth 30miles. Further Stations:
  Chester, Shrewsbury or Crewe with connections to/from London.
• Public Buses:
  Bus no 94 every 2 hours Daily from Wrexham and Barmouth.
• Airports Nearest: Trains and Buses connections from here.
  Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham and Valley.
• Ferry Port Nearest: Car is best.
  Ferry Port Holyhead 60 miles, on Anglesey, to/from Dublin, Ireland
